Workforce demographics are changing, with huge implications for all. Baby boomers are retiring, leaving Gen X and Gen Y in leadership roles, and Gen Y and Gen Z comprising most of the working population.

These generations grew up in different times, and as a result, they have different views of the world and different values. More and more they struggle not only to understand one another, but to actually work together productively.

This talk will offer insight into the experiences and values of Gen Z and Gen X and how to best understand each. We'll also share strategies job seekers might use to demonstrate their fit and value, regardless of which generation is a part of the hiring team.
