Nationwide network of Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs) network in the United States and its territories. SBDCs are hosted by leading universities, colleges, state economic development agencies and private partners, and funded in part by the United States Congress through a partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration. There are nearly 1,000 local centers available to provide no-cost business consulting and low-cost training to new and existing businesses.

Network of volunteer, expert business mentors, with more than 10,000 volunteers in 300 chapters. As a resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), SCORE offers free mentoring, workshops and educational resources to entrepreneurs.

Portland SCORE is part of a nationwide nonprofit organization (SCORE-National) dedicated to the formation, growth and success of small businesses. Portland SCORE has 70 counseling volunteers and counsels 1,100+ clients a year.
