Marina Cassandra, OHA, Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace

Marina Cassandra has been the Constituent and Tribal Liaison for the Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace since 2017. In her role with constituents, Marina assists consumers resolve eligibility and enrollment issues. As the Tribal Liaison she represents the Marketplace in our government-to-government relationship with the Nine Tribes of Oregon. At the initial rollout of the Affordable Care Act, Marina served as a Regional Outreach Coordinator for over four years at the Oregon Health Authority’s Community Partner & Outreach Program (CPOP), training application assisters in her seven-county region, and facilitating outreach collaboratives among its community partners.
