Rhianna Johnson is currently serving as the Director of Guided Pathways and Partnerships at Clark College.  She has spent the past twenty years serving the community in public agencies associated with post-secondary education and workforce development, with a specific focus on supporting marginalized populations to pursue economic mobility.  As a first-generation college graduate she is passionate about equitable access to quality jobs and thriving communities.  Rhianna holds a bachelor’s degree in public affairs from Washington State University and a master’s degree in sociology from Portland State University.  Additionally, she serves on the board of the National Job Corps Association and has previously served as an officer for the Washington Career Development Association.
