David Donaldson

David describes his career as a bit of a Swiss army knife. His experience ranges from working as an executive recruiter, including a 4-year stint in the world headquarters of Korn/Ferry International in Los Angeles, to a career in local government as an HR Director, City Manager and finally in a completely different role as a Public Works Director. He is a lifetime learner and has always been fascinated in learning and developing while finding connections and “aha” moments of discovery. He is a relentless reader, traveler and keeper of well-checked bucket lists.
